DESCRIPTION OF OUR ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES PROVIDED TO EXHIBITION ORGANISERS FOR THEIR EXHIBITIONS
EXHIBITOR PROMOTION
- Encourage Eastern European companies to participate in the exhibitions which we represent, either directly or through government sponsored groups.
- Build up a long term image of the exhibition within the industry, government departments and trade associations in several Eastern European countries.
- Create an awareness of the exhibition in the trade and business press, calendar of events within our own website.
- Create an awareness of the importance and the potential of the relevant market area.
- Approach relevant trade associations and government departments in view to stimulate and encourage official Eastern European national group participation.
- Identify target groups and contact potential exhibitors through sales letters, telephones, faxes and e-mails sales campaigns.
- Develop “ hot lists ” of interested companies and maintain close and continues liaison.
- Advise and monitor government departments and trade associations about the progress of official group campaigns.
- Advice and service all potential exhibitors, trade associations, government bodies and trade press.
- Coordinate space options and process space applications for official and independent groups and as well for independent applicants.
- Attend and service Exhibitors Meetings in respect of official and independent group participations.
- Submit regular progress reports and advice organiser of current developments.
VISITOR PROMOTION
- a) Encourage attendance from Eastern European buyers through advertising, direct mail and editorial press coverage.
b) Encourage other visitors who may be potential exhibitors in the future.
- Built up an international image of the exhibition, its profile and its facilities, for a specialist audience.
- Create an awareness of a top ranking exhibition and specialist market leader amongst the trade, business and exhibition press buyers and decision makers in Eastern Europe region.
- Submit to organiser a visitor promotion plan, including cost proposal for Eastern Europe region, minimum 5 months prior the exhibition.
Visitors plan to include advertising proposal covering leading trade press, direct mail, editorial coverage and press receptions, if desired.
- Upon organiser’s approval, TORMEN SKY to liaise, monitor and execute visitor promotion plan.
- Preparing direct-mail campaigns with covering sales letter.
- Reserving advertising space in the Eastern European trade press.
- Handling artwork and observing copy dates for advertisements.
- Distributing organizers press releases to Romanian trade press.
- Organising Press Meetings.
- Develop and organise group travel package with our travel department.
- Advice and counsel through our travel department, preferred airlines and send regular supplies literature.
- Advise and counsel with regard to competitive exhibitions as suitable forums for visitor promotion.
- Explore barter-deal arrangements with trade press (trade magazines is offered exhibition booth in lieu of running series of advertisements).
- Advise and supply details about supporting conferences, distribute Call for papers to potential speakers.
- Advise and counsel potential visitors regarding travel and hotel accommodation through our own travel department.
- Service and liaise all visitor and press enquiries directly: distribute visitor brochures and entrance tickets.
- Keep organisers advised of all activities, including planned group visits or VIP functions.
